My name is Rosa Williams, and I am founder, owner, and curator of La Mesa De Rosa Charcuterie. I am a wife and mother of three that wanted to do more than the normal nine to five.

I wanted to create and share my art with others. My story began with creating a charcuterie board for a birthday celebration and I was encouraged to continue my passion and I turned my pastime of creating art with food into a side gig and here we are!
